Reminder - Station 2 Maintenance Work - May to June
Notice Text
The maintenance work at Station 2 is progressing well and is scheduled to be completed on June 25. This is a reminder that loss of critical unit (LCU) protection at Station 2 on the Prairies Pipeline System will continue to be limited until the end of gas day June 25 due to upgrades and annual preventative maintenance work at the compressor station.
During this period, there will be a higher risk of firm and discretionary service impacts should an additional unplanned compressor unit outage occur at Station 2 or downstream compressor station facilities within the SSDA. TC Energy will be employing additional measures to minimize both the potential for, and impacts from unplanned outages during periods when LCU protection is limited.
TC Energy will continue to communicate system capacity on a regular basis through the weekly Planned Maintenance Capacity Bulletins.
