have been posted on TC Customer Express in the Rates section of the Canadian
Mainline landing page: Canadian Mainline (tccustomerexpress.com). These 2026
Surcharges and Rate Riders, along with an explanation of the underlying inputs,
are targeted to be filed with the CER for approval by November
13th, 2025.
