To All Customers:

 

As we prepare for the upcoming gas year-end, we are expecting a large number of transactions. To the extent possible, we are asking for your co-operation by submitting your transactions by the dates specified below. This will assist us in processing all the transactions by the requested date.

 

NGTL SYSTEM

Amalgamations/Name Changes:

Thursday, October 23, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

 

Paperless Transfers & Assignments:

Wednesday, October 29, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

  

Instructions on how customers can submit transactions on their own can be found under ‘Procedures’ here

 

If you do not have access to submit requests online, please email NGTL_contracting@tcenergy.com 

 

Manual Transfers and Assignments (requested via e-mail or fax):

These will require up to three (3) days to process and signature will be required.

 

Renewals

  Manual: Wednesday, October 29, 2025 for contracts expiring October 31, 2026

  Online:  Friday, October 31, 2025 for contracts expiring October 31, 2026

 

Reminder:  Before entering renewals ensure that contracts being renewed are not part of any in- progress requests, as submitting the renewals will cancel the in-progress requests.

 

For NGTL, signed contracts must be returned on or before Wednesday, October 29, 2025 to be approved for November 1, 2025.

 

CANADIAN MAINLINE SYSTEM

Amalgamations/Name Changes:

Thursday, October 23, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

 

Temporary Assignments:

Wednesday, October 29, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

 

Renewals:

Friday, October 31, 2025 for contracts expiring October 31, 2026

 

All Other Contract Transactions:

Wednesday, October 29, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

 

Please note:  Open Season deadlines will be as per postings.

 

FOOTHILLS

Amalgamations/Name Changes:

Thursday, October 23, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

 

All Contract Transactions:

Wednesday, October 29, 2025 by 5 p.m. M.S.T.

 

Renewals:

Friday, October 31, 2025 for contracts expiring October 31, 2026

 

For Mainline and Foothills, signed contracts must be returned on or before Wednesday, October 29, 2025 to be approved for November 1, 2025.
