Reminder: Prairies System Maintenance Jun 14 - Jun 26
Notice Text
TC Energy provides a reminder that in-line inspections will be conducted on Line 6 of the Prairies pipeline system from gas days June 14th to June 26th inclusive.
Depending on demand levels, discretionary services may be limited through the MDA to downstream locations. Firm services are not anticipated to be impacted.
Prairies capacity is expected to be approximately 4815 TJ/d for the maintenance period as reflected in recent Maintenance Capacity postings.
Note that system capacities are variable due to many factors including forecast delivery distribution, ambient temperatures, gas stream energy content, facility availability, and interconnect assistance. Actual capacities on the day may vary due to changes to the maintenance schedule, unplanned events, and differences between forecast and actual conditions.
Following this maintenance, additional in-line inspections are planned for the Prairies pipeline system in the month of July 2025 which may impact discretionary services through the MDA. Details of these activities including dates and capacity impacts will be communicated as soon as information is confirmed, which is expected to be in the last half of June.
