Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (TE) hereby declares a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff. The Force Majeure event is due to an unplanned outage on its 30" system north of the Tompkinsville Compressor Station in Kentucky. While remediation plans are being developed to return this line to full service, the estimated time of restoration is unclear at this time.
TE will post updates to the status as they are known.
