Subject: Tompkinsville and Danville Compressor Stations on Line 15 Valve Sections 2 - 4 -- UNPLANNED OUTAGE

Texas Eastern (TE) has experienced an unplanned outage between its Tompkinsville and Danville Compressor Stations on Line 15 Valve Sections 2 - 4. TE will require an immediate pressure restriction in these valve sections. Until TE can complete the required detailed investigations to return these valves section back to service, the North to South capacity through stations on the 30 inch system will be reduced, effective Gas Day October 6, 2026, to approximately:
Berne 2,147,000 Dth/d
Athens 2,027,000 Dth/d
Wheelersburg 1,785,000 Dth/d
Danville 1,534,000 Dth/d
Tompkinsville 1,528,000 Dth/d
Barton 1,528,000 Dth/d
TE will take into consideration the reduced capacity during the timely cycles for future gas days beginning Gas Day October 6, 2026. Restrictions to secondary within path nominations may be required for Gas Day October 5, 2026.
Operational capacities may change based on additional system planned maintenance activities.
In addition, receipt meters between TE's Berne and Uniontown compressor station are expected to see higher than normal pressures until further notice.
