Notice Text:
Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (Texas Eastern) is currently experiencing large due pipeline imbalances and does not have the flexibility to continue to manage these imbalances. As such, effective immediately, August 6, 2026, Texas Eastern requires all shippers and point operators in Market Area Zones M2 and M3 to perform to scheduled quantities commensurate with physical flows.
If necessary, Texas Eastern will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs, as well as underperformance reductions.
This notice will remain in effect until further notice.
