Systemwide Notes:

Shippers in Texas Eastern's Access Area Zones and Market Area Zones M1-24 and M1-30 are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through TE's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. If customers do not adhere to imbalance requirements stated above, TE will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Beginning Gas Day May 2, 2026, TE anticipates restrictions of approximately 0-7% of P1 nominations at Athens.  For future gas days TE will continue to monitor system conditions associated with the posted outages along the 30" system.

Beginning 9:00 AM CCT May 2, 2026, through 9:00 AM CCT May 6, 2026, excess injections on all ISS-1, FSS-1, SS-1 and SS contracts will be restricted as well as TT16, TT17, TT24 no-notice balancing, no-notice pre-injection and no-notice payback for prior month.

Operational advisory for shippers nominating from 79503:  TETLP will upper limit to -0- certain activities if shippers (1) have initial nominations originating from 79503 (WLA TABS Pool) for delivery west of EGP at the Timely Cycle and (2) these shippers are consistently reducing these quantities intraday.  TE will be reviewing these activities at the Timely Cycle beginning Gas Day January 30, 2026 until further notice.

Due to gas quality issues, meter 76609 has been shut in and physical receipts at the meter will be unavailable until further notice.  Beginning during the Timely cycle for Gas Day December 6, 2025, and until further notice, TE will restrict receipt nominations at Meter 76609 to -0- Dth/d.

If customers/point operators do not manage hourly takes from the system, it will lead to delivery pressures being lower than desired for this area. As a result, TE may be required to impose further restrictions or courses of action in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, implementation of flow control at specific delivery meter locations.

TE may be required to issue hourly OFO's to impose further restrictions in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system.

Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
