TE Action Alert -- EFF 3/10
Texas Eastern has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances and is currently experiencing large daily due shipper imbalances and low forecasted demand resulting in high line pack. Therefore, in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, TE is issuing an Action Alert pursuant to Section 4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff effective 9:00AM CCT March 10, 2026, to all OBA and Transportation Contracts, with the exception of those governed by a FERC gas tariff, in Texas Eastern's Market Area Zones M2-24, M2-30, and M3.
This Action Alert does not affect the ability of TE to receive or deliver quantities of gas for scheduled nominations to any customer or pipeline.
This Action Alert will remain in effect until further notice.
Please refer to the table below for the effected TETCO zones, dates, and tolerance percentages.

NOTE:

The penalty for the Action Alert will be equal to 110% of the daily Platts Gas Daily "Daily Price Survey" posting for the High Common price for the geographical region, as defined in Section 8.5(a) of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred. In addition, TE will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an Action Alert penalty except for shippers who can secure day ending Due Shipper supply for Due Pipe imbalances and Due Pipe supply for Due Shipper imbalances.
TE may be required to issue an hourly OFO pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 4.3(H) to impose further restrictions in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system.
Furthermore, beginning 9:00 AM CCT March 10, 2026, excess injections on all ISS-1, FSS-1, SS-1 and SS contracts will be restricted as well as TT16, TT17, no-notice balancing, no-notice pre-injection.
