TE Operational Flow Order -- LIFTED EFF 2/14
Effective 9:00 AM CCT February 14, 2026, Texas Eastern (TE) is lifting the previously posted Operational Flow Order (OFO) for Market Area Zone M2-24, M2-30 and M3.
Shippers across all Texas Eastern's Access Area Zones and well as Market Area Zones are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through TE's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. If customers do not adhere to the imbalance requirements stated above, TE will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.
Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
Please refer to the OFO table below for the effected TETCO zones, dates, and tolerance percentages.
