NOTE:
Deliveries No DP : Shippers are not to take more than scheduled

The penalty will be equal to three times the daily Platts Gas Daily "Daily Price Survey" posting for the High Common price for the geographical region, as defined in Section 8.5(a) of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred. In addition, TE will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an OFO penalty except for shippers who can acquire day ending Due Shipper supply.
As a reminder, the previously posted Operational Flow Order for Market Area Zone M1-30, ETX, STX, WLA and ELA remains in effect until further notice.
Additionally, over the long holiday weekend, TE expects customers to be balanced even on days that OFO's are not in effect, so that physical receipts and deliveries match scheduled quantities. If not, TE may take necessary steps to keep them in balance, including but not limited to, customer specific OFO's (whether due pipe OFO's or due shipper OFO's if point operators are significantly out of balance in any direction) in order to maintain the operational integrity of the pipeline.
This OFO will remain in effect until further notice.
