Line 16 Valve Section (VS) 3 between Mexico and Santa Fa Unplanned Outage
Notice Text:
TE has experienced an unplanned outage on its Line 16 Valve Section (VS) 3 between Mexico and Santa Fa compressor station site, a single line system. As a result of this outage, effective immediately, TE will reduce its pressure and will isolate VS 3 on Line 16 between Mexico and Santa Fe until the pipeline has been appropriately remediated.
During this isolation, effective immediately, the following meters will be unavailable for flow:
73113 - ENTERPRISE TEXAS PIPELINE LLC - HIDALGO COUNTY, TX
71142 - VERNON FAULKNER-SAN SALVADOR FIELD - HIDALGO CO., TX (REC)
Additionally, during this isolation, receipts have to equal deliveries south of the isolation for the following meters:
73258 - MAGIC VALLEY P/L-CALPINE PWR. PROJECT (DEL)/HIDALGO CO., TX
73180 - BLUESTONE - HIDALGO CO., TX
75333 - CENAGAS - REYNOSA, MX (D70333/R76333)
In addition, TE will work with meter operators in the isolated area to minimize nomination restrictions to the extent these point operators are able to provide operational assistance.
TE will post updates to the status of the repairs as soon as it is known.
