Texas Eastern (TE) is experiencing higher than desired line pack levels across its M2-30 and M3 operational areas. TE is taking all necessary efforts to reduce line pack, but customers will see higher than typical pressures across the m2-30 and m3 systems. To the extent that point operators continue under performing, TE will have to take further measures to manage daily due shipper imbalances including but not limited to meter under performance postings if scheduled quantities do not match physical takes from the systems.
