TE Action Alert and Operational Flow Order
In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, TE is issuing an Action Alert pursuant to Section 4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff effective 9:00AM CCT November 8, 2025, to all OBA and Transportation Contracts, with the exception of those governed by a FERC gas tariff, in Texas Eastern's Market Area Zones M2-30, and M3.
This Action Alert does not affect the ability of TE to receive or deliver quantities of gas for scheduled nominations to any customer or pipeline.
The Action Alert for M2-30 will remain in effect until 9:00 AM CCT, November 9, 2025.
The Action Alert for M3 will remain in effect until 9:00 AM CCT, November 10, 2025.
Additionally, In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, TE is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 4.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff effective 9:00 AM CCT November 9, 2025, to all OBA and Transportation Contracts, with the exception of those governed by a FERC gas tariff, in Texas Eastern's Market Area Zone M2-24.
This OFO does not affect the ability of TE to receive or deliver quantities of gas for scheduled nominations to any customer or pipeline.
This OFO will remain in effect until further notice.
Please refer to the table below for the effected TETCO zones, dates, and tolerance percentages.

The penalty for the Action Alert will be equal to 110% of the daily Platts Gas Daily "Daily Price Survey" posting for the High Common price for the geographical region, as defined in Section 8.5(a) of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred. In addition, TE will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an Action Alert penalty except for shippers who can acquire day ending Due Pipe supply.
The penalty for the OFO will be equal to three times the daily Platts Gas Daily "Daily Price Survey" posting for the High Common price for the geographical region, as defined in Section 8.5(a) of the General Terms and Conditions of TE's FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred. In addition, TE will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an OFO penalty except for shippers who can acquire day ending Due Shipper supply.
TE may be required to issue an hourly OFO pursuant to General Terms and Conditions Section 4.3(H) to impose further restrictions in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system.
Furthermore, beginning 9:00 AM CCT November 8, 2025, through 9:00 AM CCT November 10, 2025, excess injections on all ISS-1, FSS-1, SS-1 and SS contracts will be restricted as well as TT16, TT17, no-notice balancing, no-notice pre-injection.
