Notice Text:
Texas Eastern (TE) has been informed from DCP, that DCP's Wilcox Processing Plant in STX, is at capacity. As such, DCP requires deliveries from TE's Line 21 flowing through the Wilcox Processing Plant to be limited to approximately 163,000 Dth/d until further notice.
As a result of the capacity limitation of DCP's Wilcox Processing plant, nominations scheduled for Gas Day May 29, 2025, will remain unaffected; however, total receipt nominations currently scheduled for Gas Day May 30, 2025, entering TE's Line 21 will be reduced to approximately163,000 Dth/d. Restrictions for Gas Day May 30, 2025, will be made in accordance with the curtailment procedures in Section 4.2 of TE's FERC Gas Tariff.
TE will continue to evaluate pipeline conditions and take into consideration the reduced capacity of the Wilcox Plant for volumes source from Line 21 during the timely cycles for future gas days starting Gas Day May 31, 2025, and until further notice.
