·         NMP/TGP Gillrina Road Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 47799) - through 100% of SA increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 80 Dths

·         GCX/TGP Agua Dulce Gcxe Receipt Nue Receipt Meter (Pin 57687) - through 100% of SA increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 27,000 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

·         STA 860 South 500 Line (Segment 548 BH) - through 100% of IT increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 15,000 Dths

·         STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - into SIPps increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

PAYBACK NOMINATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED AT EACH CYCLE AND SCHEDULED ONLY IF OPERATIONALLY FEASIBLE.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

·                           No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO at the following storage fields:

·          Northern MA (460018) storage field

·          Portland MA (460025) storage field

·          Portland PA (460020) storage field

·          Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

·                           No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

·          Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

·          Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

·                           No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD or PAL-AO services

Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under FS-PA storage service only with partner approvals.

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.
