    FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 313A-403 TO MLV 313A-404 (HC LINE) EFFECTIVE 10-6-2026 REMINDER

     

    As a reminder, pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event between valve sections 313A-403 to 313A-404 on the HC Line just south of Avoca, New York on October 2, 2026 (Notice Identifier #404646).  An anomaly has been discovered which requires immediate repairs.  Tennessee personnel are on site developing a repair plan with repair work scheduled to begin on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.  Tennessee estimates the impact of this work to be up to 580,000 Dths pathed through MLV 313 HC Zone 4 End (Segment 399 FH).  Based on current nominations and forecasted demand, Tennessee is providing notice to customers that Primary In the Path capacity at MLV 313 HC Zone 4 End (Segment 399 FH) could be impacted as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Tuesday, October 6, 2026 and throughout the duration of this repair work. 

     

    Additionally, the following meters will be physically shut in for the duration of the work: 

    412803 TGP Gravel Run

    421068 TGP Wyckoff Storage

    During the outage, Tennessee will restrict all secondary receipts and secondary deliveries at these meters.

     

    Tennessee will continue to update customers as more information becomes available.
