    ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTION AT MLV 313 (SEGMENT 399 FH) (HC LINE) EFFECTIVE 10-6-2026
     

    Based on current nominations, operational conditions and unscheduled maintenance, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Tuesday, October 6, 2026, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee anticipates scheduling Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than 27% of contract MDQ pathed through MLV 313 HC Zone 4 End (Segment 399 FH).

     

    The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
