    FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 538-2 TO 539-2 EFFECTIVE 7-23-2026 UPDATE #2

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event between valve sections 538 and 539 on Line 2 near Heidelberg, Mississippi effective on July 23, 2026 (Notice Identifier #402947) and a subsequent update notice on Friday, July 24, 2026 (Notice Identifier #403007).  An issue was discovered which required immediate repairs.  Work is ongoing.  Due to unplanned issues with the repair work, Tennessee now anticipates the work to be completed by no later than Monday, July 27, 2026.  As such, effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Tuesday, July 28, 2026, Tennessee does not anticipate any Primary In the Path restrictions pathed through MLV 539 (Segment 534 BH).

     

    Additionally, the following meter will continue to be physically shut in for the duration of the work.

    Tennessee will continue to update customers as more information becomes available.
