EMERGENT REPAIR AT MLV 105-3 TO 106-3 UPDATE #1

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair between MLV 105-3 to MLV 106-3 near Rabbit Town, Kentucky in Clark County on February 12, 2026 (Notice Identifier #399251).  Tennessee has received a Corrective Action Order (‘CAO”) issued by the Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (“PHMSA”), Office of Pipeline Safety.  As a result, effective February 26, 2026, Tennessee will be operating at a reduced pressure in various line segments between STA 54 and STA 106.  Based on current nominations, Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through STA 110 (Segment 187 BH) and pathed through STA 63 (Segment 163 FH) could be at risk.

Tennessee remains focused on returning the segments to normal operating conditions.  Tennessee will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
