Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Sunday, February 15, 2026 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL AREAS EAST OF STA 245 ON THE 200 LINE AND STA 336 ON THE 300 LINE FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

·         STA 25 (Segment 125 FH) - through approx 77 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 112,255 Dths

·         STA 63 (Segment 163 FH) - through approx 94 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 30,436 Dths

·         STA 823 Muskrat Line (Segment 509 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 8,380 Dths

·         MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 149,670 Dths

·         STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 35 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 47,087 Dths

·         STA 317 (Segment 317 BH) - through approx 58 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 52,000 Dths

·         STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 84 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 137,150 Dths

·         MLV 330 (Segment 324 FH) - through approx 84 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 94,245 Dths

·         STA 219 North (Segment 219 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 11,063 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback nominations will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

 

 

 

 

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

·         No Authorized Overrun Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO at the following storage fields:

o   Northern MA (460018)

o   Portland MA (460025)

o   Portland PA (460020)

o   Bear Creek PA (460017)

·         Customers who elected swing on storage or storage swing options for balancing (SOS or SSO) may only swing up to their  Maximum Daily Withdrawal (MDWQ) until further notice

·         No Authorized Overrun Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule FS-F at the following storage field:

o   Pine Prairie Virtual (54628)

·         No Interruptible Storage Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

o   Northern MA (460018) IS-MA

o   Bear Creek PA (460017) IS-PA

·         No Loans or Park Withdrawals under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system-wide

 

 

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
