Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Sunday, December 28, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES 4, 5 AND 6 FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

· WHISTLEP/TGP Whistle Receipt Nueces Receipt Meter (Pin 54847) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 1,667 Dths

· VCP/TGP Valley Crossing Allocation Receipt Meter (Pin 53608) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 8,552 Dths

· EFMIDS/TGP Banquete Plant: Rip 1T 1 Receipt Meter (Pin 412877) - through 100% of SA increases due to operational concerns; 8,441 Dths
