SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 1 (Segment 101 BH) - through SIPsp increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

· STA 25 (Segment 125 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 143,257 Dths

· STA 834 (Segment 834 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 400 Dths

· MLV 548 (Segment 542 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 796 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 1,000 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 264,332 Dths

· Paybacks will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO as well as No Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field

· Portland MA (460025) storage field

· Portland PA (460020) storage field

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
