Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Wednesday, October 29, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR THE 500 LINE ONLY (SEGMENTS 527, 529, 530, 534, 539) FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 1 (Segment 101 BH) - through approx 77% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 3,701 Dths

· STA 219 South (Segment 217 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 5,001 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 1,000 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 261,719 Dths

· STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 72% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 187,559 Dths

· STA 317 (Segment 317 BH) - through approx 85% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 63,622 Dths

· STA 325 (Segment 324 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 115,419 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 289,697 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 469,540 Dths

· STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 341,776 Dths

· MLV 256 East (Segment 256 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 21,946 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD service

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-AO service

· Paybacks will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO as well as No Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field

· Portland MA (460025) storage field

· Portland PA (460020) storage field

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
