Effective Evening Cycle (9:00) for the gas day of Monday, October 20, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 SYSTEM WIDE (EXCLUDING AREAS SOUTH OF STA 1 AND THE 500 LINE SEGMENTS 524, 527, 529, 530, 534, 539, 542, 548, 860) FOR UNDER-TAKES OR OVER-DELIVERIES FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 1 (Segment 101 BH) - through approx 83 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 44,724 Dths

· MLV 509 Muskrat Line (Segment 515 BH) - through approx 37 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 3,993 Dths

· STA 823 (Segment 823 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 6,113 Dths

· MLV 548 (Segment 542 BH) - through SIPss increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

· STA 110 South (Segment 187 BH) - through PIP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity

· STA 219 South (Segment 217 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 35,123 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 409,714 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 279,592 Dths

· STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 74 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 223,127 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD service

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-AO service

· Paybacks will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO as well as No Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field

· Portland MA (460025) storage field

· Portland PA (460020) storage field

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
