(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 4:00 PM CT on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 and closed at 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
