    FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 119 UNIT 1A (SEGMENT 114 BH) EFFECTIVE 8-29-2025 RESOLVED

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at Station 119 near Rocky Fork, West Virginia on August 29, 2025 (Notice Identifier #395661).  Tennessee discovered an issue while investigating the unit during the 4K hour inspection. The final repairs are in process of being completed and the unit and station is in the process of returning to normal operations.  As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved.  Nominations will be scheduled up to capacity as shown on TGP's EBB pathed through STA 114 (Segment 114 BH) effective for Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Saturday, September 6, 2025 and until further notice.

     

    This notice will be the final update.
