Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 10:00 AM CT on Thursday, August 28, 2025 and closed at 2:00 PM CT on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.
