    EMERGENT REPAIR AT STA 249 UNIT 1A EFFECTIVE 7-21-2024 RESOLVED

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue at Station 249 near Carlisle, NY on July 21, 2024 (Notice Identifier #391643)  Tennessee identified an issue at Unit 1A.  The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations.  As such, nomination increases pathed through STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) will be accepted up to posted capacity on the EBB effective Intraday Cycle 1 for the Gas Day of Monday, July 29, 2024.

     

    This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
