    FORCE MAJEURE AT STAGECOACH STORAGE EFFECTIVE JUNE 3, 2025

     

    Effective for the Gas Day of Tuesday, June 3, 2025, and until further notice, Stagecoach Pipeline & Storage Company, LLC ("Stagecoach") is declaring an event of Force Majeure in accordance with Section 6.9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Stagecoach's FERC NGA Gas Tariff due to unexpected unit outages impacting its ability to inject gas into the Stagecoach Storage Facility.  At this time, the anticipated return to service is unknown.  Stagecoach may be required to restrict all firm injections into the Stagecoach Storage Facility (Pin #201020) as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Tuesday, June 3, 2025, and until further notice.  Previously scheduled nominations for today's Gas Day, June 2, 2025, will not be curtailed; however, Stagecoach will not accept any injection increases into the Stagecoach Storage Facility (Pin #201020) for the remainder of today's Gas Day.
