Spire Storage West notifies all customers and point operators of an updated timeline regarding
“Notice ID 92 – Critical Notice – Force Majeure”. The equipment failure at Belle Butte has been
assessed and is currently under repair. The facility is estimated to be back to fully operational on
Gas Day 26 at which time the Force Majeure will be lifted.
During this time Clear Creek facility will remain fully operational and customers served by Clear
Creek will be scheduled on a pro-rata basis.
