The Operational Alert posted November 21, 2022, regarding the effect of an electrical fire at a
Northshore Energy, LLC substation on certain facilities at Spire Storage’s Clear Creek plant
continues. Spire Storage has installed temporary power at the Clear Creek plant and continues to
work diligently to address issues caused by the disruption of power supply. Spire Storage remains
unable to project timing of an expected full return to service, but there is no present curtailment of
service expected. Spire Storage will continue to operate the station using temporary power until the
issue is resolved, and will provide further updates as more information becomes available regarding
resolution of issues caused by the electrical fire
