Notice Text:

On November 16, 2022, at approximately 12:09 p.m. MST, Northshore Energy, LLC experienced an

electrical fire at one of its substations, causing a disruption of power supply serving Spire Storage’s

Clear Creek plant, which in turn has caused certain facilities at the plant to go offline. Spire Storage

continues to work diligently on options, including using temporary power to bring the plant facilities

back online, but at this time cannot project timing of an expected full return to service. There is no

present curtailment of service expected. We will continue to share updates as more information

become available including regarding Northshore's ability to fully repair the damage caused from the

fire.
