    Based on the weather forecast as well as the corresponding projected demand on Southern's system, we are notifying all Shippers that the existing Type 3 Level 2 OFO is being DOWNGRADED to a Type 3 Level 1 OFO effective for gas day, Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, and until further notice for the following groups listed below.

    OFO Type 3 Level 1: Daily Demand Exceeds Capacity
    TARIFF SECTION 41.2
    EFFECTIVE DATE: February 3, 2026
    EFFECTIVE TIME of OFO: 9:00 AM (CCT)

    PENALTY: $10.00/Dth

    TOLERANCE:  Greater of 105% of the Daily Entitlement or 500 dth

    A daily entitlement report will be provided after the end of each scheduling cycle. The daily entitlement in effect after the last scheduling cycle (Intraday 3) will be the final one and will be used to determine any penalties. Maintaining deliveries within your daily entitlement at each delivery point will contribute to safe and efficient operation of the system and also will avoid an OFO Type 3 penalty and help to minimize imbalances.
