    The Type 3 Level 2 OFO for the South System, that was implemented effective Sunday, January 18th, 2026 (Notice ID # 711582) for the below groups will be cancelled effective Wednesday, January 21st, 2026.

    A daily entitlement report will be provided after the end of each scheduling cycle. The daily entitlement in effect after the last scheduling cycle (Intraday 3) will be the final one and will be used to determine any penalties. Maintaining deliveries within your daily entitlement at each delivery point will contribute to safe and efficient operation of the system, will avoid an OFO Type 3 penalty, and help to minimize imbalances.
