Based on the colder weather forecasted to move into Southern's North system as well as the corresponding increase in projected demand, we are notifying all Shippers that the existing OFO Type 3 Level 1, (Notice ID# 711554) is being UPGRADED to an OFO Type 3 Level 2 effective gas day, Sunday, January 18th, 2026, and until further notice for the groups listed below.

PENALTY:
$15.00 + Highest Regional Daily Price* per Dth for quantities taken in excess
of the tolerance
TOLERANCE: Greater of 102% of the Daily Entitlement or 200 dth

A daily entitlement report will be provided after the end of each scheduling cycle. The daily entitlement in effect after the last scheduling cycle (Intraday 3) will be the final one and will be used to determine any penalties. Maintaining deliveries within your daily entitlement at each delivery point will contribute to safe and efficient operation of the system, will avoid an OFO Type 3 penalty, and help to minimize imbalances.
