    FORCE MAJEURE – White Castle (Segment 340) – EFFECTIVE 10/15/25

    As previously posted (#711244) on October 9th, 2025, Southern experienced an unscheduled maintenance event on the White Castle Franklinton loop line north of White Castle (Segment 340 – White Castle) located in Ascension County, LA which required inspections of the pipeline. Upon completion of the pipeline inspections, Southern has identified pipeline anomalies that require immediate remediation.

    Segment 340 – White Castle, capacity of 750Mdth/d will be reduced by 382Mdth/d effective Evening Cycle, gas day, Thursday October 16th, 2025, and continuing until further notice. All priorities of service pathed through Segment 340 (White Castle) may be at risk.

    This outage constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of SNG's FERC Gas Tariff.  

    Return to service is currently unknown, however Southern will continue to provide updates after the repair plan is developed.
