updated notices to Customers regarding a Force Majeure at its facility that SGRM declared
on February 3, 2026. SGRM is providing another update to that Notice. The Force Majeure is
due to an issue with facility drain piping with no effect to surface equipment.
SGRM is returning its facility to partial service under the Force Majeure effective Gas Day
February 25, 2026. SGRM may experience a degradation of 100,000 Dth of its withdrawal
