Effective immediately, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (“SGRM”) may impose Elapsed Pro
Rata Scheduled Quantity (“EPSQ”) on reductions to any Injection nominations and on
increases to any Withdrawal nominations due to weather and current operating conditions
on SGRM’s system.
SGRM’s Critical Notice #788 remains in effect.
