    Effec�ve Gas Day January 12, 2024, and con�nuing un�l further no�ce, SG Resources

    Mississippi, L.L.C. (“SGRM”) may either curtail or not confirm Interrup�ble Withdrawal

    nomina�ons under Rate Schedules ISS, IPS, ILS, IBS and to firm Customers u�lizing

    Authorized Withdrawal Overrun service, in accordance with the terms of Customer’s

    service agreements and SGRM’s tariff.

    Interrup�on of service to Interrup�ble Customers under Rate Schedules ISS, IPS, ILS,

    and IBS and to firm Customers u�lizing Authorized Withdrawal Overrun service, shall

    be based on the charges applicable to each Customer for the por�on(s) of service

    subject to interrup�on, with the transac�on with the lowest economic value to SGRM

    being interrupted first. Any �es shall be interrupted on a pro rata basis according to

    quan��es nominated or scheduled for each Customer.
