    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    CRITICAL NOTICE OF UNPLANNED MAINTENANCE (REVISED)

    Effective September 2nd - Due to unscheduled maintenance, Hub area receipts will be
    limited to 935k MMBtu/day. As a result, customers at the locations listed below may
    experience impacts to receipts during this period. Normal operations are expected to
    resume at 9:00 a.m. on GD3, at which time receipt capabilities are anticipated to return to
    normal. We appreciate your understanding and will provide updates if the schedule
    changes.

    Columbia Gul f- HH (Loc 11202)

    Texas Gas- HH (Loc 42611)

    During the maintenance period for 9/2, deliveries from Sabine into Bridgeline, LIG, and LRM
    will be constrained to a maximum capacity of 470,000 MMBtu/day (meter #s 847121, 2441,
    440070).
