    Notice of Capacity Restriction – Sabine Pipeline

    Due to underperformance on the Sabine system, Sabine Hub will implement a restriction
    on total Hub receipts, effective ID2 GD 3. As a result, ID2 scheduled quantities will not be
    increased for Intraday and no additional supply increases will be accepted at the following
    locations:

    Acadian (Loc 11203)

    NGPL (Loc 44949)

    Bridgeline (Loc 287439)

    SONAT (Loc 46786)

    Columbia Gul f (Loc 11202)

    Texas Gas (Loc 42611)

    Gulf South (Loc 112564)

    Trunkline LP Rec (Loc 11200)

    LRC Bridgeline (Loc 287439)

    Supply increase will be allowed from:

    Jefferson Island (Loc 287799)

    Trunkline High Pressure (Loc 732835)
