    CRITICAL NOTICE TERMINATION OF OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER

    Pursuant to Section 7.6.6 of the Sabine Pipe Line, LLC (“Sabine”) tariff, effective as of 10:30
    PM on January 25, 2026, Sabine is terminating the operational flow order for all points on
    the Sabine system.
