    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    CRITICAL NOTICE OF PLANNED MAINTENANCE

    The planned maintenance that was scheduled to occur on Thursday, January 29th through Monday,
    February 2nd     has been rescheduled due to inclement weather.

    The maintenance will take place starting February 3rd through February 6th. Returning to service February
    7th.

    Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”) is hereby notifying you that Sabine is required to remove and relocate
    [LINE] in accordance with the Sabine-Neches Waterway Channel Improvement Project being
    implemented by Sabine Neches Navigation District and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
    Sabine has evaluated the circumstances of this outage and has determined that this event qualifies as a
    Force Majeure event pursuant to Section 7.19.5(b) of Sabine’s FERC Gas Tariff.

    As such, both receipt and delivery nominations will not be accepted at the below listed Points of Receipt
    and/or Points of Delivery beginning February 3rd, through February 6th, 2026. Normal operations will
    resume at 9:00am Central Time on February 7th, 2026.
