Sabine Pipe Line Notice 414

All information here is provided as a service and information is not guaranteed to be accurate. PipeRiv is not responsible for any incorrect information.

Sabine Pipe Line LLC (Sabine) is issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO), to be effective

10:30 PM on January 25, 2026 and until further notice. This notice is being issued pursuant

to section 7.6.6 and section 7.6.7 of the FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff) to alleviate conditions

which threaten the operational integrity of Sabine’s system.

OFOs are only issued at critical times to protect the integrity of the pipeline for the benefit

of all customers. Because of the seriousness of an OFO and the necessity for compliance,

OFO fees are assessed for non-compliance and are calculated per dekatherm, at each

point and each day of the OFO without netting across points or against other imbalances

as more specifically described in the Tariff and customer's Transportation Service

Agreement. Please carefully review the Tariff and your Transportation Service Agreement
or contact your commercial representative if you have any questions.
Point operators and customers must ensure that flowing volumes match confirmed

scheduled quantities. Operational flexibility will not be available during this time. This OFO

will remain in effect until further notice. Sabine will monitor operating conditions and will

terminate the OFO when operational conditions warrant. Thank you for your cooperation in

this matter.

Customers remain responsible to supply sufficient gas for their nominations.

In cases of underperformance, Sabine requests customer(s), point operators and

balancing party(s) responsible for such conditions to increase supply nominations or

decrease delivery quantities so that flowing volumes match confirmed scheduled

quantities. Sabine will not assess OFO fees for customer(s) and point operators or
balancing party(s) that are over performing if Sabine determines, in its reasonable

judgment, that customers and point operators or balancing party(s) were cooperating with

a request of Sabine, and that such conduct did not impair service to another customer.
