SABINE PIPE LINE LLC NOTICE OF PRE - OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER (PRE-OFO)
Effective 01/23/2026 9:00 am CST until further notice.
This notice is being issued pursuant to Section 7.6.6 of the Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”)
tariff.
Point operators and customers should ensure that flowing volumes match confirmed
scheduled quantities. Operational flexibility will not be available during this time.
If point operators and customers do not adhere to the above requests, or if actual operating
conditions require it, Sabine could issue a point specific or system wide OFO on short
notice.
