CRITICAL NOTICE OF PLANNED MAINTENANCE

The planned maintenance that was scheduled to occur on January 22nd – January 27th has been
rescheduled due to inclement weather.

The maintenance will take place starting Thursday, January 29th through Monday, February 2nd.

Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”) is hereby notifying you that Sabine is required to remove and relocate
[LINE] in accordance with the Sabine-Neches Waterway Channel Improvement Project being
implemented by Sabine Neches Navigation District and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
Sabine has evaluated the circumstances of this outage and has determined that this event qualifies as a
Force Majeure event pursuant to Section 7.19.5(b) of Sabine’s FERC Gas Tariff.

As such, both receipt and delivery nominations will not be accepted at the below listed Points of Receipt
and/or Points of Delivery beginning January 29th, 2026. Normal operations will resume at 9:00am
Central Time on Feb 3rd, 2026.
