    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    CRITICAL NOTICE OF OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER


    Pursuant to Section 7.6.6 of the Sabine Pipe Line, LLC (“Sabine”) tariff, effective as of January 12,2024
    9a.m. CST on January 11 2024, Sabine is issuing an operational flow order for all Henry Hub receipt
    points on the Sabine system and requiring all shippers to match deliveries to the Henry Hub to their
    nominated quantities. Sabine is issuing this operational flow order in anticipation of the impact of severe
    winter weather approaching the Gulf Coast. Sabine is taking all necessary precautions to prepare in the
    event of outages to our facilities or interconnecting facilities. We will continue to monitor the progress of
    the severe winter weather and will post additional information and updates as necessary. Sabine will
    continue to monitor flow quantities to ensure the integrity of the system. For any questions, please contact
