    SABINE PIPE LINE LLC

    NOTICE OF POTENTIAL OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDER

    Pursuant to Section 7.6.6 of the Sabine Pipe Line LLC (“Sabine”) tariff, this posting will serve as prior
    notice to all Sabine shippers that inclement weather is approaching Texas that could potentially impact
    Sabine’s ability to serve its customers while maintaining integrity of the pipeline system. All Shippers are
    advised to coordinate with their markets to ensure that physical flow quantities at all Receipt and Delivery
    locations match scheduled quantities. Sabine is taking all necessary precautions to prepare in the event of
    outages to our facilities or interconnecting facilities. We will continue to monitor the progress of the storm
    and will post additional information and updates as necessary. At this time, Sabine is NOT declaring an
    operational flow order (“OFO”) and will continue to monitor flow quantities to ensure the integrity of the
    system. In the event that an OFO is issued, a separate notice shall be made to all affected parties. For any
