    CRITICAL NOTICE OF POSSIBLE RECEIPT and DELIVERY LIMITATIONS – HENRY HUB

    This posting is to notify all Shippers that due to certain required maintenance at the Henry Hub station
    which may limit Sabine’s ability to handle all confirmed and scheduled nominations on the Sabine Pipe
    Line LLC (“Sabine”) system, concern over being able to safely operate the station within the design
    capacities, and to ensure the integrity and stability of the system in accordance with the General Terms
    and Conditions of Sabine’s gas tariff, effective for nominations made for Gas Day July 10, 2023, and
    continuing through subsequent cycles until Gas Day July 16, 2023, nominations at all Sabine
    interconnects will be subject to possible curtailment:
